Learn To Do A Stiff Muay Thai Jab As A Lead For Other Strikes Or As a Stopper On It's Own

Everything starts with a good Muay Thai stance. The lead hand punches when jabbing and is a good setup for other strikes. Close the gap by setting forward with the lead leg. Rotate the hips clockwise slightly (if your right handed). Snap the shoulder and torque or twist the wrist inwards. Keep the elbow down and extend the arm forwards as you strike with the front part of the knuckles. Let out some air in the form of a noise as you make impact with the target. You can be aiming for the nose, chin, or solar plexus but the prefered place is the face. Keep the rear hand up high protecting the face at all times.
